An opportunity has arisen to join an award-winning digital marketing agency.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leading organic search (SEO) campaigns from initial analysis and strategy phases, through implementation and ongoing management.
A specialist in organic search (search engine optimisation and social media optimisation) you will be responsible for managing digital marketing campaigns across a wide range of different sectors including travel, publishing, financial services and retail to deliver fantastic client results.
Key Responsibilities
· Managing SEO campaigns from creative strategy to tactical implementation
· Prioritising conflicting workloads within a dynamic agency environment
· Communicating new insights and opportunities to clients on a regular basis and anticipating queries effectively
· Recording all client, training and support activity through submission of timesheets on a weekly basis
· Analysing data from multiple sources including SEO tools, Google & Analytics using Excel spreadsheets to produce actionable recommendations for optimisation
· Presenting results, SEO strategies and campaign plans to clients using Powerpoint both face to face and over the phone
· Setting realistic KPIs and delivering exceptional campaign results to agreed targets and ROI
· Maintaining and sharing up-to-date knowledge of expert SEO techniques, strategies, industry benchmarks and tools
· Supporting sales and marketing with new business pitches and presenting at events as required
Candidate Requirements
· 3+ years natural search / SEO experience.
· Results orientated with a track record in evolving organic search strategies to continually improve campaign performance of websites to deliver marketing objectives.
· Inquisitive mind with the ability to extract insights from raw data including Analytics and SEO tools to implement organic search strategies including linkbuilding and content development campaigns.
· Customer focused with first class interpersonal, presentation, organisational and communication skills capable of explaining technical issues to non-technical audiences.
· Highly organised; able to manage own time efficiently with Advanced Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
· Line management and team development experience highly desirable.
